Submission
FormatEach paper for submission should be formatted in single-space double column A4 page size and is limited to 10 pages in length, including references and figures. A LaTeX template and an example MS Word document are available for download.
In order to provide a fair review of all submitted papers, the review process will be double-blind. The paper itself should not include the authors' identity. Instead, the authors' information will be submitted through the electronic submission system.
Submission Guidelines
All reviewing will be double-blind, so the paper must not include any information which allows the authors to be identified. Work by the same authors should be cited in the third person. For instance, "In [4], we proposed ..." should be changed to "In [4], Smith and Jones proposed ...".
The steps for submitting a paper are:
- After you have written your paper, remove the author names, affiliations and any information that allows the authors to be identified from your paper.
- Generate a PDF file of the paper.
- If you want to submit video demos, create a ZIP file that contains all the video demo files. Try to limit the size of the ZIP file to within 10Mb and definitely no more than 20Mb.
- Submit the paper, the ZIP file with video demos (if any), and the author information through the JEMS electronic submission system.
